Subject: Kmotion axes not Responding
Something weird happened, for some reason the axis Z start rotating counter clockwise with positive cooardinated values, and the axis X stop working at all, the only axis that is working fine it's Y axis
all my step motors work fine(I tested in y axis)

what im worried about it's that maybe the X axis channel it's burned
its there a way to check that?

another weird thing is that the state of Enc1 A and Enc2 B are blinking its that normal?

I assume you have a KStep?

What did you change?  How are things configured?

It's normal for for IO 2 and 3 to toggle.  That is how the 16 Opto inputs are multiplexed and read in 4 at a time.
